3 attacked while queuing at Crystal City restaurant

ARLINGTON, VA – Arlington County Police are looking for a man who they say maliciously injured three people early Sunday morning at a restaurant in Crystal City, according to the Daily Crime Report.

Officers responded at approximately 1:42 a.m. at block 2300 S. Eads Street after a reported assault. A preliminary investigation found that three victims were confronted by an unknown man while queuing inside a restaurant. The man pushed the first victim, causing her to fall to the ground along with the second victim. He then began to assault the first victim. When the third victim tried to intervene, she was also struck by the stranger. The suspect then left the restaurant before the police arrived. Doctors treated the three victims at the restaurant for non-life threatening injuries.

Police described the suspect as a white man with black hair. He was 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weighed about 180 to 200 pounds. This remains an active investigation.
